Small tankard, base ring ware, Cyprus or Syria Late Bronze Age. Micaceous pinky clay, very fine. Hand moulded tankard – thin ware. Simple vertical ribbon handle body to lip with horned vertical projection. Low raised ring foot. Undecorated interior. Exterior with dark brown-greenish slip decoration. Small raised double band on cup neck. Flat slightly out turned lip. Height 88mm, mouth diameter 50 mm. Sketch of tankard on review card.
