Deep bowl, skyphos, Geometric, Attic/Euboean. Reddish pink clay, roughly made bowl, wheel made. Two cylindrical cross sectioned handles set below lip. High lip inwardly offset. Rim is high swept back and then out. Low raised ring foot. Interior decoration of dull black paint except centre bottom. Band on interior of lip also undecorated. Exterior decoration between handles. Two sets of concentric pendant semicircles intersecting. Zone of decoration marked above by browny black lip and at edges by black paint daub from handles. Exterior of foot to below pendant semicircles in dilute browny black paint. Height 83 mm, diameter 130 mm. Sketch of pot on review card.
