Tapestry Workshop - Where Do I Come From?
11am - 12pm, 2.15am - 3.15pm
Join us in the Education Centre to create your own piece of tapestry using felt and other decorative materials. Make a collective tapestry and take yours back home at the end of the day. Facilitated by Anne-Catherine from Southwark Day Centre for Asylum Seekers. Suitable for ages 5+.

Green Planet News from Rewrite

Join a group from Creative ESOL as they present a short radio show on what we think about the environment in the Hands on Base. Come and listen to what they have to say and be their audience as we record the show. Suitable for all ages.

Storytelling in Action with Streatham Drop-in Centre

Stop by the Hands on Base to take in an Eritrean folk tale narrated by a parent and acted out by a group of young children from the Streatham Drop-In Centre. Suitable for all ages.
Rainbow Pilgrims Pop-Up Exhibition and Zine Fest
Join Rainbow Pilgrims and friends in the Music Gallery Performance Space for a ground-breaking multimedia pop-up exhibition about the hidden history of LGBTQI migrant, refugee and traveller communities in Britain. Supported by the National Lottery. Suitable for all ages.
End of the Day Celebration and Tapestry display
