About this event

Members and Benefactors can enjoy an exclusive visit around the Horniman’s acclaimed Aquarium before it opens to the public.

Led by the Aquarium Curator Jamie Craggs and Deputy Aquarium Curator Michelle Davis, you will discover more about our amazing marine animals and their habitats. This will include getting up close with our intelligent stingray, poison dart frogs, and a cow fish called Angus. You also have the chance to go behind the scenes to the tanks where we are conducting our pioneering research into coral reproduction.

Jamie was named as Aquarist of the Year for 2018-19 by the Marine Aquarium Societies of North America in recognition of his extensive work in coral research.
