Grater (struhadlo) consisting of a flat wooden plate with an oblique hole (rectangular); one metal blade is set over this, and short metal cutters set into the wood in front of it. Plate has raised wood edges along both sides. For cucumbers, carrots and other kinds of vegetable (různou zeleninu).
