Oval paper label: 'Louis Lachenal, Patent Concertina Manufacturer, London.' 6.25" diameter flat mahogany ends, fully fretted, red leather backing. 21 keys: 10 each side plus 1 air. Flat bone stamped 1-10 each side. Black leather straps with brass screws. Five-fold green leather bellows with gold star papers. Round end steel reeds.
