Oval scalloped paper label: 'Patent concertina by George Case, Boosey & Sons, Holles St, London.' 6.12" diameter flat rosewood ends, floral simple frets, ornate pearl inlays in each corner, muslin backing. 48 keys: 24 each side. Silver capped nickel, bushed. Black leather straps with one nickel screw. Five-fold green leather bellows with deep bellows frames to accommodate double pans. Green/gold papers. Round-end brass reeds, double sided reed pan with chambers on both sides, large hexagonal baffle with oval and teardrop shaped holes to concentrate air flows. Stamped: 2188.
