Wheatstone, Inventor, 20 Conduit St., Regent St., London.' 7.38" AF [across front?] x 9.19" long, ebony ends, white leather backing, simple fretwork, bevelled, crack on right-hand, crack and damage on left-hand. 56 keys: 28 each side, chrome on wood core. Black leather straps with large nickel screws. Seven-fold black leather bellows with valves on three lower folds. Complete reed pan: six 'pipe' hold deepest reeds, the rest are screwed onto underside of action. Reeds are fan-tail, steel.
