Inset glazed panel covers a fancy coloured and gilded label: 'premiata Fabbrica de Armoniche, Cesare Pancotti di Antonio, Macerata, Marche-Italia.' 9.88" x 6" diameter walnut veneer, with fully purfled and marquetry inlaid ends, fancy metal plates on each corner of ends and bellows frames. Right-hand: 2 rows of chamfered square bone keys and pallets (10 outer, 9 inner) with exposed pallets. Left-hand has 4 bone-tipped bass keys, with damaged air lever. Later leather thumb and hand straps. Sixteen-fold bellows with metal corners and blue leather cloth edging. Two banks of steel reeds on double frames, with leather baskets.
