Charm consisting of the wheel of law, which is made of paper with red ink. The paper is decorated with a circular motif with an outer border consisting of the eight Buddhist symbols, possibly, interspersed with Buddhist lions. The central motif is of concentric circles and geometric designs containing Tibetan sanskrit.
