axe head (general & multipurpose)

Flint axe head in the process of manufacture. It has been heavily retouched. It is inscribed with 'DENMARK' on one side, in white ink, but this has been largely destroyed and is now faint. A small label is affixed to the same side; this has also been damaged and is now illegible. It possibly reads '20'.
